Amy represents the immigrant community in
affirmative petitions with U.S. Citizenship &
Immigration Services, as well as providing
representation for clients in deportation
proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Court.
William focuses his practice on
civil litigation, criminal defense, foreclosure
defense, labor/employment, landlord/tenant,
corporate/business law, and real estate transactions.
Attorney Dorian Arbelaez has varied legal experience includes real estate, foreclosure, immigration, and victim’s rights. Attorney Arbelaez is fluent in Spanish and a native of Colombia.

Osi is a native of Israel having come to this country in 1982. Ms. Korn studied Psychology and Education at the University of Florida. After earning her Bachelor of Arts she pursued her career in educational programming earning a Masters Degree from New York University in Educational Communication and Technology.
While completing her Masters Degree, Ms. Korn produced documentaries for Nick News with Linda Ellerbee and the award winning production team of Lucky Duck, Inc. She continued her career in the entertainment industry producing numerous documentaries such as Psychic Detectives, Deep Sea Detectives and the National Body Challenge with Kralyevich Productions.
Ms. Korn is a seasoned real estate paralegal having completed Real Property Pursuit Course and the title search course, Tracing Footsteps with CATIC. She was the primary paralegal and office manager for Law Offices of Max L. Rosenberg, LLC, the primary real estate paralegal for Thornberry & Rosenberg and continues to direct Rosenberg, Miller, Hite & Morilla Attorneys at Law, LLC.
Ms. Korn is also a licensed Realtor working with the Global Real Estate Services out of Stratford. She is exceptionally experienced in distressed homes, as well as standard buyer and seller needs. She continues her education and training her education on multiple topics including the new disclosure laws coming into affect on August 1st 2015.
Anthony was born and raised in Bridgeport Connecticut and is currently a resident of Stratford CT. He attended Southern Connecticut State University where he studied Business Management. Anthony worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles for 12 years as a supervisor, where he helped create the Norwalk DMV testing center as well as working on the development team for the State of Connecticut new Motor Vehicle software system. After working at the Connecticut DMV for 12 years he ventured off on his own to open his own Connecticut Motor Vehicle consulting firm while maintaining his fact finding and knowledge enriched role at Rosenberg, Miller, Hite & Morilla Attorneys at Law as a paralegal.
Margaux is a resident of Stratford, CT. She graduated from Stratford High School in 2010, where she developed an interest in political issues and international relations. She furthered her education at the University of Connecticut, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After working in the insurance industry, she joined the Rosenberg, Miller, Hite & Morilla Attorneys at Law team to expand her knowledge of the legal profession. She began in June 2014 as the legal secretary, and has since become a paralegal, assisting the attorneys in real estate and civil matters. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Connecticut. In her spare time, Margaux enjoys traveling and taking photos, fishing, bike riding, and watching sports.
Stephanie was born in Valhalla, NY, raised in NY and currently residing in Stratford, CT. In a way still finding herself, she has dipped her hands in about every opportunity she gets. She studied cosmetology at BOCES then moved to CT where she developed love for business. She worked in the restaurant industry where she became Mixology Certified expanding her knowledge with craft beer and spirits. Stephanie left the food/drink service industry to grow her professional aspirations and is currently a legal clerk at Rosenberg, Miller, Hite and Morilla, LLC focusing on Foreclosure Defense and Modification matters. She plans pursue her professional career and become a paralegal. She has a rich Ecuadorian and Colombian roots and enjoys assisting Spanish speakers by translating documents upon request. During her free time Stephanie loves spending time with family, reading and writing.
Damaris is a resident of Bridgeport Connecticut where she was raised who is fluent in Spanish and understanding of Portuguese. In 2016 she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Bridgeport earning her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Services. Ms. Cruz is also a member of Pi Gamma Mu the international Honor Society for Social Sciences.
While in school she interned for the Brazilian Workers Center where she developed an interest in Immigration law and began to intern at Rosenberg, Miller, Hite & Morilla where she quickly advanced to become a legal clerk whose main focus is in immigration law. Ms. Cruz intends on furthering her education and pursue her J.D.
Olga was born in Chaves, Portugal and immigrated to USA when she was nine. Raised in Stratford and currently living in Seymour with her husband, Olga joins Rosenberg, Miller, Hite and Morilla, LLC as a paralegal. Olga graduated from Stratford High School and went on to receive her Bachelors at the University of Connecticut with a double major in General Studies and Urban Behaviors. Between her experience in legal and medical administration, her talents aide our office with worker’s compensation and collection cases. She is also a Registered Notary Public with the State of Connecticut as well as a translator. Olga is tri-lingual and fully fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, singing and baking.
